All Sales Final Policy
All items sold by Highly Favored are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, Highly Favored will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or repair for the affected item. No refunds will be issued for damaged items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping and reshipment costs.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or unclaimed are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all items are final sale and made to order.
Pre-Order Policy
Some Highly Favored products are offered on a pre-order basis and are made to order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not in stock at the time of purchase and requires additional production time before shipment.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. All pre-order timelines are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production, supply chain, or carrier delays.
