All Highly Favored products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of production, slight variations in color, print, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the product’s character—not defects.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including billing and shipping details, is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. Highly Favored does not store or have access to your full payment information.
4. Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered as pre-orders. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the product is not immediately available and requires additional production time.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed and may change due to production or carrier delays. All pre-orders are final sale.
5. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Shipping timelines may vary based on production schedules, demand, or carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Highly Favored is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs. Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
Refused or unclaimed packages are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
