Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on total package weight and destination.

International Orders:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Highly Favored has no control over these fees.


Order Processing

All Highly Favored products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after the order has shipped:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Responsibility

Highly Favored is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once a tracking number has been issued.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to claim delivery are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the State of California are subject to California state sales tax, which may apply to both products and shipping costs as required by law.


Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Some Highly Favored products are offered on a pre-order basis and are made to order. Pre-order items require additional production time before shipment.


Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

  • Pre-order production timelines are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • All stated shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed, and may change due to production schedules, material availability, or carrier delays.

  • Pre-order items will ship on or after the estimated ship date provided at checkout.


Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Shipping Delays

Highly Favored is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing timelines, supply chain issues, customs clearance, weather, or shipping carriers.


Final Sale & Pre-Order Acknowledgment

All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the production timeline, estimated shipping window, and final sale terms outlined in this policy.


Tracking & Fulfillment

Once your pre-order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Shipping transit times begin after the item has shipped, not at the time of purchase.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and are not guaranteed.
